Default Decal Removal

I would like to put a name decal on the sides of my hood. If I ever decided to remove it or was going to sell my Jeep in a few years, is there a good way to get it off without damaging the paint? I've removed small emblems before that was on a car I bought but never anything as big as a hood decal.

Removal is no problem with a hairdryer/heat gun and some goo gone. The problem comes from sunfade...will be worse depending on color. I had a black JK with some decals on it that looked pretty bad when I removed them... As in you could see the outline where they were because the rest of the paint was lighter. However, I removed a precious owners on my 2012 black forest green this year and it looked fine... Just depends I guess or maybe its only a problem with black. Not sure. Either way... Who cares just sell it with your decals on it.
