Nine times out of ten speed related wobbles are imbalanced tires. Big tires need to be balanced more often. Go find a shop that has a gsp9700 road force balancer, be ready to be amazed. After that, torque everything(which you should do anyway), then I would consider balljoints because the OEM ones are shit. You see ball joint wobble at lower speeds typically.
