Default Deciding Between 2.5"bb W/shocks And W/out Shocks

I don't know what to consider when it comes to buying the TeraFlex 2.5 BB with or without the shocks. The kit without has the adapters for the stock shocks which sounds fine to me. But is there something I should know about why their shocks are better? I pretty much need the pro's and con's... Thanks ya'll!

I'm running that lift w/o the shocks. I'm pretty hard on my rig and no issues to date. If you want the shocks, you could save up just a bit more and buy a complete kit vs a budget boost.

I also added a track bar bracket from BDS. Great build quality and it does not mount at the axle where others are having issues.

Good luck w/ the decision.

Same here... got the Teraflex BB w/o shocks to save $.

Seems fine. The ride is basically unchaged. You can always add shocks later. I'm waiting until I can afford to upgrade wheels and tires.

I did have to add spider trax spacers since I had upgraded 17" stock rims on my X. They rub ever so slightly since the lift.

Again, running the BB with stock shocks with extensions. I liked the ride before the lift and it's exactly the same now. I also have the BDS track bar bracket.

When Old Man EMU comes out with their spring lift, it may become a consideration to replace the BB, but we'll see...

I originally installed the 2.5 BB tera with the stock shocks using the extenders its fine....but adding the mx6 shocks this week and its made a world of difference in ride quality.

If you want my old extenders let me know...just pay shipping.

OK, I'll admit it. I'm a newbie. What does "BB" mean?
