We are all in agreement he needs a SS.
steering stab on a sport bike helps prevent a high speed wobble, they think death wobble is bad on a jeep, experience it at around 120 on a bike

It is simple. The toe on a vehicle sitting on a flat surface may be perfect but if you compress the front end it can change it to a toe out condition. See video! A picture is worth a thousand words.

What this Guy said. The SS on a bike does little for you at 10 MPH, but try riding a 2000 gsx-r at 145 without one! Finding this stuff out first hand helped sway me to sell my R1, I don't have the discipline to not go fast.

So would the steering stabilizer help in this situation? There are a few small bumps, or "raised areas" across a road, not as high as a speed bump that cause my wheel to shake back and forth. Not half turns or anything, but lets say 10-2. It's not just once, but it shakes back and forth and didn't do it at all until after I put on different shock. They didn't seem worn, but I'm wondering if they are too soft for my RC springs and my wheel bounce a little after those bumps which causes the wheel to do what it does. Another thought was my ss was worn and with the shock change, now I notice it.

Jeep have a solid front axle, you cant compare to the video. Toe doesnt change while suspension travel.
