I order some PJ sliders from Quadertac last thursday and still havent received them I was hoping to put them on the weekend.

I was wondering how long some of you had to wait on your rock rails or bumpers from quadertac?

 

If Q-tech dropped shipped from Purejeep they are coming from Bakersfield, CA. its alteast a week from CA to the eastcoast on oversized boxes.

 

Call Q-tech and get a tracking #.....

 

If you can get a PO # from Quad I'd be more then happy to track down your order and get you a status from our end.

 

I just got off the phone with Q-tech and they called purejeep and was told my rock rails are schedule to ship sometime next week what a bummer... so i got 2 more weeks to wait.

 

Do u live near a 4wd hardware? I just went and picked mine up Instant gratification

Looks like we just ran out of Rock Rails before the next batch was back from powder coating.

I'll give my production manager a hard time for you.

 

WOW!!! now here is a good example of solid customer service!!!! A supplier and a JK Forum member who understands a problem, follows up on the problem, and even gives a little poke at the production manager!!!! Not that he can do much about timing and production runs, and I know this does'nt make the OP feel any better,,,, but he is looking into the issue at hand!!!! Way to go Hanson/Purejeep!!!!

If you can tell your Production Manager a stubby non winch bumper would go well with the rails and make the customer happy. Since i had to wait for the rails. lol

 

We have been out of them too, what is the ETA on them to start shipping again?

I have a couple sets on backorder.
