Dent in Exhaust Pipe?

Last week I installed a 2.5" Teraflex BB. Saturday I went wheeling. Sunday I washed.
I was under the jeep looking for rocks and other stuff and noticed that the exhause pipe has a flat place on it. Right where the pipe bends upward to go over the rear axle. Right before the bend, looks like the axle went a little too far and hit the exhaust pipe.
Take a look at yours and see if the flat place is there?
Also, after doing 2's, 3's, and light 4's at the ORV Park, I am noticing a lot of creeking and bumping. I am going to take front and rear tires off this weekend to check all bolts and stuff.
Anyone have and ideas where I may be getting the creeks from?

Creaks and squeaks are normal when you use any kind of polyurethane spacers. They'll never go away...
The muffler assembly has those 'dents' in them because they are clearance-indentations so the axles don't hit at full articulation. All jeeps have had them for many years.
