Default Detroit TruTrac help!

I want to order a TruTrac for the rear D44 in my 2011 JK, but I am not sure if I have the right part# 913A589. All I have found say this is part number up to 06' and 3.73's and lower. I want it for my D44 with 3.73. Anyone help out with Eatons part#!

I believe you should be looking for this one...But a vendor could point you in the right direction.

Yep, I saw that one, but was wanting eaton's part number so I could shop around! I found out that the 07' up do not have a carrier break.

The correct Truetrac part number for a JK 44, any ratio (because of 'thick' gear), is 913A589. Keep in mind that you may have to re-drill the Truetrac to accept the 1/2" ring gear bolts used in most JKs built after mid 2007.

Just like the reg. detroit locker I got I suppose. Kinda freaked me out abit, but it drilled like butter, and its not really much you drill out anyway.

Only bummer is, the truetrac case is a lot harder to drill due to the hardened material

This is true. The hardened case make the job pretty difficult.
