2013 wrangler jk. my diablo tuner says the vehicle is not compatible even though the website says it is. My info file shows the installer is missing and anytime i update it does nothing anyone know what i could do? ive been messaging tech for the past month as during their call times im at work. The tech lady has no clue why its not working ive followed all the steps given to me
