It looks off centered when you put it on until you stand back and realize the hook is centered I questioned the holes I used when I put mine on.

is the tow hook three holes? the cross member has 4, you might need to move it down one, it looks like its not centered with the bumper..

eitherway it'll work

Ya to me in does not look center. But there were only three holes on the hook bracket thingy and four on my rear bumper frame area. But I guess thats the way it is. I'ma go get stuck and see if it works lol.
