Default Did I need this????

I have put a 4" TF flexarm kit on my JKU (3-4 weeks ago). I have bought the TF rear track bar reason being (still waiting for it to come in)... My local alignment shop said they couldn't get everything corrected without one. I want everything done correctly and with the best handling possible. SOOO... I was looking around at some threads and came across WOL stating that anything 4" or larger "MUST install a dropped pitman arm or drag link flip"

WELLLLL.... I called David and asked a little bit about it....

Anyways, I bought the AEV High Steer Kit. it was pretty impulsive because I haven't been driving my new toy around because I want to make sure everything was correct and until I have it aligned it kind of wonders on me. Because I haven't got that done I felt that I wanted everything done at once!

Did I need the AEV high steer kit?

Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't say NEED but it was a worthwhile investment and you'll be happy in the long run. You are really improving the handling and steering with that lift kit and making your whole Jeep better overall. Now you need to look into a tie rod and PSC hydro assist

With my TF 4" lift, all I added was front LCAs. No wandering but I do need a drag link flip to fix bump steer. Stock rear track bar was fine.
