Sweet rig in the video!
But, it is not a diesel converted Jeep, it's a "Jeep" bodied diesel!
Why do I say this?- Look at the shape of the frame, the steering wheel and cluster, the interior width, the slats of the grille, the headlights, the dimensions of the body. It's a diesel Dodge Ram Chassis with a body similar to an overgrown four door CJ-7 on it! (Not that it's not cool (it's VERY cool!) but, it's not a diesel swapped into a JK!)

There are a few that have Cummins 4bt conversions. Not sure if the companies are blacklisted or not on here so I wont mention any. Do a google search and you can find them.

I've seen the videos read and know about what diesel engines are available. Just wanted to know if there was anyone with first hand experience, and if they liked it or not.

I'm just curious but wouldn't a diesel jeep be less fuel efficient if you mostly drive around town and in stop and go traffic? I like the idea of more low end torque though.

I agree as well. That is not a JK or a JKU that has been modified. All the body parts are different.

Also there's another diesel thread in this forum. I posted details about the VW conversion and mentioned the Factory JK diesel there (it's currently available in Europe). If I were swapping the GC diesel from europe would be what I would aspire for. Do a search for it - pretty sweet.
