Default diff fluid on axle c

I recently regeared the jk and now I have diff fluid coming out of the end of the front passenger side of the axle. I am assuming this is nothing big to worry about just got hot and the fluid level rose a little.

Might be a bad axle seal. Happened to my jeep. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it up.

I assume that they will not cover it under warranty since the gear install was done. I would hate to pull out the carrier to replace that $5 seal.

Yea I am taking it back to the garage where i had them installed after the first 300 to make sure the gears are meshing right and to change the diff fluid. I will ask him then whether he will replace it or not.

If he overfilled you diff, it'll come out the breather tube when the diff fluid warms up. If he buggered an axle seal, it'll come out at the C.

If he did bugger an axle seal while doing a re-gear, he should definitely replace it for you.

It is the axle seal. Very common problem and, unfortunately, the center will have to come out. I have a bigger leak on mine and the inside of the left front tire is getting coated with oil. The seals are going to be replaced on Tuesday.

Well I cleaned it all up with a rag to see if may be it was just there from the regear and such. I am going to keep an eye on it. I have columbus day off so i will probably go see him (my gear guy) then.

Dealership might cover it. I got the extended warranty on my jeep, allthough i got it used. I took it to one dealership and they would not do anything. Took it to the one were i bought the jeep and fixed it up with no problem, even got a rental. And that was after i got it re-
geared.

Well I cleaned the fluid off the C before I went to work. when I got to work it was dry still. When I got back home I noticed a little pool of diff fluid at the bottom of my axle C.
