Only difference is the shocks Bilstein 5100's vs 5160's.

Lifts are same except for shocks.....SC contains standard style shocks....RS contains the more expensive remote reservoir (or piggy back) style shocks.

I have the SC and could not be happier with it on to off road.

I actually have the 4.5" SC. No complaints. Good lift that is all-inclusive

Both shocks are tuned to match the coils. I've owned the SC 3.5 and 4.5 and only ridden in RC 3.5 and the shocks seem to be tuned a little stiffer on the 5160s on compression damping but I didn't do a side-by-side comparison. The AEV performance is outstanding the faster you roll. However, some folks do complain about the Bilsteins being on the stiff side.
