Which Differential Cover?
I was going to go that route and fortunately a wiser head prevailed (my wife's). What is that stuff, $45 a quart? I just used flat black Rustoleum, looks good and a touch-up is a few shakes away. Don't know if you'd really need the High-temp stuff (like you paint BBQ's with).
I got the Solid differential covers. I am very happy with them, except for one small thing that kind of bugged me. For some reason the finish/color is different on my front cover than on my rear cover. They must have been coated in seperate batches. The front one is a dark grey and black speckled color, while the rear is a bright silver and black speckled color. It kind of bugged me when I received them. I am a girl though, so having things match perfectly is probably more important to me than it would be for guys. In the end I decided it's no big deal. It's not like anyone will notice, since you can't see both at the same time anyway.
