Looking for any opinions on differemtial skid plates. Any have them? Try them? Good? Crappy?

Looks a lot like the WARN skid - they work but I personally prefer using a heavy duty diff cover like SOLID makes.

Sure wish AEV would bring back the Nth Degree Differential Skids.

I am running the Rusty's diff skids front and rear. They were $50 each, better than nothing, not as good as new covers...

I was thinking it looks like a WARN too. I got that WARN skid for my TJ for free (it worked well for the price). I'm leaning toward the SOLID skid for the JK.

I had a Warn like this on the 8.8 on my old TJ. It worked ok, and helped prevent the tin foil cover from rolling up and leaking. Stock 8.8 covers are the flimsiest I have ever seen.
