Default Dilemma

I currently have a 2010 Unlt'd Rubi 6spd man with a 2.5 RC coil lift, 315/70/17 Hankook Dynapro MTs, ++ ... Have an opportunity to trade it in and get a 2 dr COD MW3 fully loaded automatic. My question is the following; How much better is the new engine on road. I understand the 3.8 makes better low end torque but I only off-road 6-8x per year. On road acceleration, road manners and consumption is more of a priority now. I get to transfer over my lift and tires but the price difference is $140/month more. Is the 2 dr that much less stable? I have 2 booster seats for my kids and I'm wondering how hard/hassle it is to get them buckled in the back seat. I test drove it and the sucker moves! BUT that was with stock 32"s. I really want to do my homework before i regret anything. The kids are 4 and 6 so they should be able to climb in and buckle themselves soon so that may be less of an issue than, lets say, cargo space.... Any thoughts? Jeez the prices have gone up since 2010!!!

You're going to hate a 2 door with booster seats. that is 1 thing I like about the 4 door cargo space.

I agree with gunbo, I like the 4 dr also, but the 2013/3.6 motor is a major difference over the 2010 in power. It is very noticeable when you mash that skinny pedal to the floor.

test drive it and see the difference. Also bring your kids so you can see what you are up against.
