disconnects
I've used the TF and JKS...the JKS are better, but, the TF ones are well made and do go on/off easily.
The JKS are also ADJUSTABLE, and you can change their length as needed over the years, depending upon the lift height you run at the time. They are built like a brick Sheet House, and are quiet and reliable. They are the easiest to get on/off, partly because you CAN set the length to the EXACT length you want...and, partly because the heim joints on the ends swivel to face the pin, making lining them up super easy....so they go right on when you're done playing, etc.
Between the two, I'd get the JKS version....it is the only one that leaves my options open AND works great.

Since we're on the subject, I have the JKS disconnects. Does anyone have a good pic and description of how you should secure the sway bar when disconnected? I remember seeing a pic of one that wasn't secured properly and it punctured the tire.
yes, search in the write up section.
Obviously, there is welding involved.
Edit: Well, I found it....apparently I have excess time to research for you.

I like the teraflex disco's because they come with a pin to hold the links and the bar out of the way. i'd planned on going with the JKS originally, but I didn't want to pull out zip ties to wrap up the bar every time I wanted to disco.

jks and get these brackets from teraflex, best of both worlds.

this is from a write up NotMySonsJK did on them. they are awesome.
Clackey - I have the JKS disconnects and they work GREAT! My only complaint is that many of the disconnect kits DON'T come with storage brackets for when you swing the sway bar up and out of the way. Bungees and Zip Ties work, but it just isn't a "clean" way to go.
FYI, Teraflex now sells their storage brackets separately. I spoke w/Doug in C/S at 801-288-2585 and he shippped them out the next day. $23.95 + shipping, and 10 minutes to install. (Bolt on with one nut!) SWEEEET!!!
