Default DIY Top Absurdity

Spotted this in none other than a Walmart service department parking spot. I'm all about DIY but there is a limit. Normally I'm full of sarcastic comments but in this case a picture says more than I ever could. Yes that is a corrugated steel roof/topper/.... Thingy.
