I plan on running the bilstein 5100s all around on my jk and I've purchased a relocation hardware kit from rough country I'm obviously using the brake line extensions, but wasn't sure if I need to use the shock relocation brackets that come with it.
IMO Yes Relocation brackets for the shocks would be correct to ensure proper shock travel. AEV provides with their 2.5" Dual Sport lift kit and this kit has 5100 Bilsteins.
Also you may need to add longer sway bar links and make them disconnectible for extra flex. I had longer ones on and still wrapped my right side link around the tie rod. Not fun undoing in the bush but we did it. Got 9" links on now so will never happen.

I do have quick disconnect sway bar links from jks suspension, do you have a link to the longer ones?
nobody ever wants to go through the effort of really testing and protecting their suspension cuz it is a major pain in the ass IMO, but I will caution that if you are outboarding shocks with brackets, the forces and leverage that you now apply to those wimpy factory brackets do change under full articulation. You can easily twist one of them. Ask me how I know. Most people do not install limiting straps, but that is the real solution. just be careful of allowing that shock to be the limiting factor, especially when outboarded.
Sorry Xdkek - I do not have a link but they were purchased at TFT Offroad whom I believe are in the US as well. Mine is Rubicon so when I bent my link the bar was disconnected.
