Identified in the attached link as a cut-down Purejeep bumper with a custom made stinger.

stinger compensator 9001? yup over 9000 joke......

its a stubby, with an overly large stinger for sure....

Apparently it has a custom stinger but it is very similar to the PS w/ comp stinger
