Tire pressure will effect the diameter. My 35" MTZs measure 33.75" at 31 psi. I heard 35" Pro Comp MTs measure 34.4 at similar psi.

Under max pressure they would be close to 35" but my KM2 35's at 30psi are 33.75"
My tires shipped with 40psi and were taller and road like they were made of stone.

This is also why AEV pro cal needs you to measure the tire and not just plug in the size on the side. Your pressure makes a huge difference. Also in the width size at the side wall.

My 35 inch KM's measured 33.5 with about 70% tread left. I measured them for the AEV ProCal and when I saw the measurement I immediately ordered my Krawlers....They measure 36.8 with 27 psi!!!

I have my 35" KM2s set the 33". It's a tad small according to the GPS - but not by much. I run about 37 PSI on the highway. When I air down, the GPS says it's a hair large. It's a good compromise. Too bad 35 doesn't mean thirty-five!

BTW - the spare (no weight on the tire) measure just a hair short of 35". The KM2 spec is 34.8", so that is about right.
