Can this tire size "33X14.50R16" be mounted on this rim size "16 x 8, 5 on 5Bolt Pattern"

No, if you check a tire website like bfgoodrich a 14.5 tire needs a 10 to 12 inch rim.

sure it's do'able but i don't know if i would recommend it - a 10" wheel would be a much better fit (12" is way too wide). also, you'll probably have a hard time finding someone to mount them.
