I'd suggest getting larger flares. Bushwacker and Xenon make flares that stick out further than stock.

 

That is probably cheaper then getting rims with less back space. But another option.
You can get thin wheel spacers at local wheel shops and see how thin you can get and still get thread to hold it on. Perhaps you can lengthen/change the studs and put on 1" spacers?
