Does this geometry look correct?
i had this issue on mine. i ended up getting the jks adjustable spring perches. the problem comes from how they weld the stock perches on the tube. once u raise the pinion to fix the angle u get this problem. teraflex and some others make new weld on perches also.
also RK has u move the rear swaybar mounts back 1". thats what we did when we installed my friends 3.5 RK lift. its in there instructions.

Thanks!

I was getting worried until thie last couple of posts. I'm doing the 3.5" Xfactor in a few weeks and want the install to go smoothly. I am hoping once its installed, there will be minimal to no needed adjustaments. Hearing that you hadn't gone with the exact lift I did so you hadn;t moved the axle back makes some sense to my limited knoweledge about this stuff!
Rick.
Pretty sure your axle is too far back. I'm betting you'll hit your track bar mount when u flex. Bring axle forward a bit just enough to clear your bump stop and the bump stop mount on your axle and your springs will bow less and more of your bumpstop will hit and sway bar links will clear. I just went through this...
Yep, I started with the 2.5" kit and then went to the 3.5. I essentially have everything that makes the 3.5" X-Factor kit (With the exception of the rear track bar). Last night I adjusted my arms for the X-Factor length and that is where I ran into these issues. I just looked through the installation instructions again and don't see any mention of moving the rear sway bar back, but it definitely makes sense. Appears that 3/8" self tapping bolts are needed.
