Does it matter if your jeep is flashed when you bring it in for oil changes/tire rotation/clicking sounds with the clutch...all that basic stuff? I'm bringing mine in tomorrow HOWEVER my diablo predator came today and I want to play with it. I know the service department's computers pick up when it's been flashed and reflashed back to stock. Good idea? Bad idea?

if you program your computer, you need to return it back to stock before taking your jeep into the dealership.

any programming you add to your jeep's computer will get erased if your dealership plugs into it. with something like a superchips, this will cause it to not work properly anymore.

Why not just look in your owners manual and see what they recommend...

Diablo:
There are three occasions when one needs to re-install the
Original Factory Tune back into the vehicle:
- Going to the dealer for vehicle maintenance or repair.
- Returning the Predator to an Authorized Diablosport Dealer.
- Using the Predator on another vehicle.
To restore Original Backup go to Performance
Superchips:
What do I do if I am taking the vehicle to the dealer?

Always, make sure you take the tuning out of your vehicle and return it to stock before going to the dealer for any kind of service. There is a fee you will have to pay, if you leave the tuning in your vehicle and the dealer flashes over it.

I did bud, and I thought I would ask everyone else's opinion...that's what this forum is for. I've heard different things from different people outside of manuals.
