Does the TF 2.5BB level the JK unlimited?
Money is tight and I want a 2.5 lift and Level because the bumper and winch( down the road ) will be aprox 225lb But I don't and won't be doing and "hardcore" off roading. I will be doing some moderate rocks in Moab. The tire size will never go bigger than 33's.
Will the 2.5BB level the Jeep?
Will the stock springs support the extra 225lbs?
If (when) the stock springs start to sag can I put in an extra 3/4" disc?
again this is my daily and will only see Moab one week a year.
I know that the coils are really the way to go to do it right but I just can't swing the cost of the coils Plus the install, I can do the install of the BB myself.

OK so a BB plus a 3/4 would acomplish my goal of a lift and level? without adding more "stuff" that I really don't need. I know that the coils would be the way to get the most flex but honestly do I really need it? and how much extra droop does it provide?
I know that these are noob questions and I really should know the answers but here's the deal, I want the coil but it's not in (and won't be) in the "family" budget so now I'm trying to "sell" myself on the BB.
I'm trying to get to the end result on the minimum $'s spent.
Thanks for understanding.

Just my opinion but I wouldn't put 3 1/4" worth of spacers on the front of the Jeep to level it out with the weight of a bumper and winch. You're stock coils will still be heavily compressed.
You could buy a set of front springs to even it out once you know how much the extra weight drops the front.

I see that TF has a 1/2" and thats probably the additional one that I would need, correct?
2.5+.5=3 up front
2 in the rear
this would give nearly same "lift" as the coils, 3.1 and 2.1.
Ok, I guess that this will work just fine for my needs.
Thanks.
Now to find who's got the best Christmas deals..................
