Default Door wiring harness

Have already used the search function. Maybe the mobile app is somewhat limiting but u can't find any good illustrations on removing the wiring harness.
We took the doors off a few times last year and I don't remember them being this damn difficult to remove the harness. Any help AND pics would be greatly appreciated. Btw it's a 2012 if it matters.

From what I remember, pull red tab out to side, push in black part and pull out. Mine were easier first time and harder as we went on.

^^^This for the rear doors.

For the front, you either push the red tab forward or pull it back. The red tab on the front doors runs front to back of plug vice side to side. Then push the black tab in and pull. Mine also seemed to get more difficult the more I remove my doors. Maybe a little dielectric grease is in order?

When reinstalling I never push the red tabs back in. Makes it less of a hassle to take off door quick. Only one time did my windows act up, that was due to pass plug not pushed in all the way. If you do it enough it isn't to bad. Here in southeast Alaska the rain forest. My doors come on and off as often as possible.

I wouldn't waste money on something like that even if they did come up with one. The stock plugs are quick enough even when it is a little difficult to get them apart. Even when they do seem to be stuck, it still doesn't take me more than a few seconds of wiggling/pulling. I can get all 4 doors off, plus the side mirror installed, in about 10 minutes tops. You do it enough times and you'll get it down to muscle memory.

Sometimes I give it a squeeze with some pliers or maybe try dielectric grease that should do the trick.

I was going about it the wrong way. Been a few months and I forgot. Figured it out and had all doors off in less than 10 minutes.

I took care of mine buy hooking the loop & then folding the wire harness back & then covering it with electrical tape so it's safe if I ever want to use it again. I guess not a great idea if you have power windows.
