Default doubling up on C Gussets?

is anyone doubling up on their c gusseting? I am thinking of the TeraFlex which seems to be a solid piece and then wrap the EVO around that for extra super double strength. I mean, why the heck not, while I'm getting one set welded on, two won't make it any less. Even if it is a waste o money, it's only $100 bucks extra insurance.

Sounds logical to me, however I'm still on the suspension learning curve so don't bank on my opinion....yet anyway.

Yeh, I'm thinking of that for the outer sleeve and then the EVO inner sleeve. Have to do it in stages as I can't be without the jeep for too long, as it is my daily driver.

How long should I expect it to take to weld on ONE pair of gussets? Thinking I would do one set, then the overlay set a few weeks later after I build up extra time at work to duck out for a few hours.

I also notice that the bracket style gusset's have an upper and a lower while the solid have only the upper. Understanding that most failure will occur on the upper portion, I would still really like to double reinforce the lower as well. Anyone know of a solid lower gusset?
