Had this headers for about 8 months now, always leaked at the flance so have to keep checking, also now noticed cracked or leak and the top of the flange pasanger side where the 3 pipes meet. Tried exterior welding but didn't work, I will take them off and see if I can fix them.
Anyone had this problem with headers before? Im now considering going back to stock because of the problems with the heat.
I know the stock ones crack too but I was thinking in welding those too.
If any one has some advise or is has a set of stock exhaust manifolds let me know?

Whats the warrenty on them? Is it only one side?

 

Not sure, I just sent DT an email. Yes only the passenger side.
