Default Drag Link Bolt & Adjustable Lower Control Arm Question

Hey guys - Let me start by saying that I have a Teraflex leveling kit and stock wheels and tires. I recently (w/in the last 1K miles) replaced my drag link and ends, tie rod & end as well as all 4 ball joints. Ball joints were Alloy USA and the rest of the part were Raybestos. I started hearing a noise when turning the steering wheel at very low speed like in parking lots and pulling in and out of my garage. I climbed under the jeep this morning and see that the end link bolt on the pitman arm side of the drag link is rubbing against the frame rail. It doesn't do it everytime so I know there is a little up and down play there, but not much. The interference is very minor because when I run my finger across the spot were it is rubbing, it is not grooved. So my questions is this, is the bolt just a little long or has something else caused it?

Second question is with the Teraflex leveling kit, is there really a need for adjustable lower control arms in the front?
