I'd be willing to bet if you asked nicely, EVO would be willing fab the holes and brackets into one of their bumpers for you. It'll cost more, but you'll have exactly what you're looking for.

Drilling the holes wouldn't be that bad. Welding in the mounts might be a little more difficult.
