Default Drive line issues

I have this horrible sound coming from my drive line. Only under acceleration and only when in gear. Speeds up with wheel speed. Not sure how to explain the noise sounds almost like a broken ring gear but when not accelerating noise goes away. Under hard acceleration it acts like it goes into neutral then back into gear no slipping under normal acceleration. If I am wrong for posting this for my IG let me know but only place I can post a video to show the sound. merica_every_day any help would be greatly appreciated. Front drive shaft is out as I thought that was the issue no change. I am going to pull the rear when the sun comes up and see if does it with the trans in gear or not

Welcome to JKF.. You're good with the post.. good group on the forum, alot of knowledge.. IMO get the rear up on jack stands -- rotate the wheels and listen .. what you describe will probably show itself before you pull the diff cover. Good Luck, post up your results

Ditto Sixty4x4, but you have to wonder what caused the event in the first place. If everything is normal, the pinion would not spit teeth. So loose ring gear bolts or a crush sleeve that lost its clamp up is all I can think of ?.... Are you happy with your current gear selection? would be the right time to change if that is the direction you might be headed. please let us know how the new R&P are working out.
