Default Drive shaft question

Ok this is my first post so here goes... I have a 08 J/K with an AEV 3.5 Dualsport lift. I just purchased Tom woods shafts for front and rear. Now im trying to deal with the rear diff pitch for the double cardan. Do I need both upper and lower rear adjustable control arms or just the uppers? Also when I do adjust the pitch, will it affect anything else (I know the answer, I just don't want to hear how much more money I have to spend ) Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can get away with just uppers to set the angle and because you are rotating the axle you may need spring correction wedges to keep the springs from bowing. Rock krawler makes some for around $25.

I'm in the same boat as you. After lifting my two door last week, I have realized the rear DS will need to be replaced (sooner than later). I ordered a Coast DS from NR4X4 yesterday and am now strategizing funds for rear UCA to set the pinion angle (selling my OEM wheels). My main concern lies with the rear track bar bracket and how its alignment will be effected by twisting the axle.

Just when you think you're done, you end up having to fork over more cabbage

That was my concern exactly. I shot an email to AEV to see if they could help but so far no response. Thx for the advice on the Rock Krawler wedges, in the cart with the control arms waiting on payday...

Bump

Will UAC affect the AEV rear track bar geometry?
