Default Driveline vibration HELP!

HEy,

I have a driveline vibration. Noticed it on the hwy heading home after a tough trail run. It Occurs under load and not in any paticular RPM range, just when it wants to. Fine for a mile, then back. It also power robs, feeling sluggish to climb hill on hwy coupled with vib i can feel in my gas pedal but feels like its coming from everywhere.

Got it home, did the front end inspection(planmans). Noticed passenger front wheel hub nut loose, tightened it...Everything else checked out fine. (my tie rod is bent a little bit, but ive adjusted toe and ordering an hd tie rod soon).

Pulled front DS (stock). Vibration still there. Put that back in , pulled rear DS (stock) vib still there.

Im worried about this tranfer case explosion stuff, but i dont have aftermarket shafts, nor a 4" lift.....

Pulled rear axles, straight. Ring and pinion in rear show no signs of abnormal wear.

Im worried about pinion bearing in the front too. How can i trouble shoot the bearing? grab it and pull it in and out? No play.

Some say my wheels could be out of balance, but when i push the clutch in all vibs go away.......could this be clutch issue? I dont think so, but im no pro. I will get the wheels balanced but i shouldnt be driving it like this.....

Im seeking troubleshooting advice, how to check if its tcase or pinion bearing????

thanks, Dan

Or any other suggestions please

Ya checked all those. I am now 90% sure its clutch chatter. I would have never figured it out with out the diagnostic check list. I did overheat the clutch on the trail and had to let it cool down for at least 45 minutes. Pretty sure the springs are cooked. Thanks for the reply planman.
