I took it it a different shop. they looked at the suspension and said that everything is installed correctly. they said it's common. they didn't recommend the spacer cause I go off-roading

What's wrong with a spacer if you go off road? The spacer sits on top of the spring.

My AEV 2.5 XT left was 0.5" off in the front from side to side and eventually leveled out to about 0.25" off on the front from side to side. It's not a big deal, after you get your first scratch and scrape you'll have other things to worry about. Especially if you installed AEV drop brackets and wheel in the rocks.

2012 JKU fully outfitted.

This can't be. I thought AEV was one of the best lifts you could get?! ;-)

Strange. Before and after lift install, I took measurements, for perspective and to double check my work. Never had a lean, even with a full tank. I didn't do an AEV though. I chose another brand. But if I were you, I wouldn't accept the "that's normal" response from AEV. many factors can influence a metal when it is fabbed. I'm thinking you have springs that are slightly off in their tension. Very possible and most likely the cause. You could ask for another set of springs, swap out one side. That's what I would do.

Tell AEV you just spent an arm and a led on their lift kit and they should fix it for you. IMO

It was about 6 months after My 2.5 AEV was installed before I noticed my lean. It was 3/4" lower on the passenger side. When I pulled the rear springs and sat them side by side, the passenger spring was lower than the driver spring by only half the thickness of the spring. I swapped them anyway and added a 3/4" spacer to the passenger side. It sucks to have to do that for what we pay for these lifts.

It rides good, looks good as well. AEV also told me that springs may settle after a while. It's not very noticeable, at least to me. what do you think? Click image for larger version
