You can get away with not installing new drive shafts right now but you need to plan on at least installing the front one. It will fail some people have gone a year or two while some have lasted a week. It really depends on your wheeling style and the terrain your in. If your going to get some droop out of your axle you can bet your going to tear the seal and start spitting grease.
Most lifts require a certain amount of back spacing so after market wheels or spacers will be needed. Anything else would depend on which lift your looking at some are more complete then others.

Look at full traction. Competitively priced and a fantastic lift. No sag in their coils

You can get away with using the factory driveshafts for a while with up to 3.5" of lift on a 4 dr. When you run them at a steeper angle they will wear faster so eventually the boots will rip and you will need to replace them.

If you have any questions about any of our products feel free to ask! Good luck withthe build.

With a 3 inch lift you really shouldnt need to change driveshafts. The angle really isnt affected drastically. What type of wheeling are you planning on? Depending on the type of wheeling, that should be your starting point on which lift to get. All will work, but the quality of lift for what you want to do, is the biggest thing to look at.

Replace it before you damage it. That way you can sell it. I sold mine for $130.
