It's pretty straight forward. If the boot is not torn or cracked and there is no obvious damage to the shaft then your good to go.

Adams Driveshafts front and rear 1310 here as well and love them for the price ($650.00 for the set).

Since u already have your shaft out just bring it with u and compare it to the new one. Work the u joint on the new one and extend and compress the shaft. Everything should be smooth with little to no noise. Compare the ends of each to be sure they are the same. Check the extended and compressed lengths. They should be the same. Ask the seller why he replaced it.

If everything checks out you should be good to go.
