Default Driveshaft Selection??

Well I am going to replace my front driveshaft and have 2 choices. 1) buy the direct bolt up flange type and do the simplest install or 2) buy the driveshaft that require both the pinion and xfer case yoke assy. to adapt to the driveshaft. I currently have the 2.5" Teraflex spring lift with shocks on my 2008 2dr. Rubicon auto trans. The shafts I have been looking at are from JE Reel and I have no idea what would be the best option.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply. I kinda figured that getting rid of all the OEM and installing a new yoke assy. at pinion and Tcase would be the best bet. To bad just bolting to the original flanges isn't the best option since it would be much easier.

I need to know if the D44 in my 08 Rubicon uses crush sleeve or shims to set the pinion preload.

I believe it uses the shims and I can just retorque the nut and not lose my preload. Anybody know for sure??

A crush sleeve sure does complicate the driveshaft intallation. I was hoping the D44's had the shims for pinion preload.
