DS milage/wear
Hope to be putting the OME HD lift on my stock 2 dr, soon! Saving up for frt lca's before I do. Was wondering how long those with over 3'' of lift, which is what what I expect to get at the least. So, how long are your DS lasting?
I do not plan to disconnect until I get new frt/rear Coast DS's and rear uca's. becuse I don't want to tear boot, etc. And, from what I have read, you can still have TC and frt DS issue's if you do not find that sweet spot between caster/pinion angles.
I came from a 95' ford bronco with 6" lift, 5.8L, 4.88's and 35's, that I was constanly working the bugs out of($$$), and was hoping to get less of that with the JK!

The basic idea is covered in the modified tech faq's here:

As far as how long the boots on the drive shafts will last, from everything I've read it sounds like a crap shoot so just be prepared for the parts to fail and either live with constant greasing and the knowledge replacements will be soon required or swap em out at the same time as the lift. No first hand experience, just relaying some of the info I've read in the forums in the past.
