Default Duoble decker winch

OK so today I picked up an older Warn winch it is the motor over winch drum style and it has been rebuilt and refurbished. I picked it up for $200 bucks with a new fairlead and 150' of cable.
I am looking for a winch plate right now but does anyone have any pics of this style of winch mounted to a stock bumper???
It's a long shot but someone must have this style winch

They are still available new and cost around ten times what you paid. I'd say you got a good deal.

You paid $200 for a refurbished 8274?

I hope you at least bought the seller dinner before you stuck it to them

I don't know that it is an 8274, but his description made me believe it was. If so, yes he got a very good deal.

Yeah I looked around at pics of the 8274 and that is exactly what I bought. he wanted $300 but it looked like he wanted a case of beer more so I offered 200 and he took it.

So I am guessing these winches are sought after... even though there colosal size!
the guy I bought it from said it would pull his old YJ through and over anything. It has been sitting but we hooked it up to a battery and it worked great

they have really fast pull. Get used in competition a lot because of it. Only downsides I know of is it mounts in the front and some say it blocks air to the radiator. You got a hell of a deal. Ill buy it if you don't like it!

problem with most universal plates is they are for bottom mount winches and that thing needs a plate in the front to bolt up to. Every mount I have seen for those is expensive.
