I'm thinking of using some of this stuff on a bumper, It it like paint and you should use primer under it ?? Painting clean steel.

it wouldn't hurt to scuff the surface and use some self etching primer just to be sure it sticks good....i used it on a skidplate and it did great with just scuffing the surface though
