I just had my Goodyear Duratrac 315/70-17 put on yesterday. I measured the circumference and divided by PI. The diameter wound up being 33.75". I put it in my Procal, and the Speedo is right according to the GPS.

Another pretty good rated title is the toyo AT2 extreme. A little less aggressive looking than the Duratrac, but better road manners and still quite capable. I currently have the Duratracs in 285/70r17 they are awesome for the trails and beach, but do take quite a bit of weight to balance.

Exclamation Well, made a decision....

After a bit of research and soul searching I decided to go with the Kelly Safari TSR in 315/70R17 from Tread Depot. As was mentioned before, they are sister tires to the Duratracs and are waaaaay cheaper ($235). For the "maybe once a month" weekend warrior such as myself, I'm sure they will more than fit the bill. I like the tread pattern better than the Duratracs also! The reviews I have read have all been positive. I will post up some pics when I get em mounted up!

Thanks everyone for your comments and suggestions!

I had they same issue, they were on back order too. So I went with the Kelly's and they are great especially for the price

Got my Duratracs from local Kauffman Tires. They under cut Sam's Club price by $20 per tire plus have lifetime free balance and rotation. And, oh yeah, prorated warranty, even for off-road damage.
