Default Dustshield Advice after driveshaft install

When i replaced my rear driveshaft i used the stock dust shield on the new yoke.

The dust shield basically spins freely on the new yoke though. (i think i can hear it when i am driving)

Is this a problem?

Take it off, you don't need it on the new 'shaft(s).
