Default DW troubles in Italy too

Hi Guys! Just had one time but it's very scary at 80mih after one year with lift kit (bilstein Tf Kit, TB teraflex, LCA) well setted;
After the first official Jeep check going in the highway myself and my family tried it. One of the voices in the jeep's bill said "tire pressure regulation" and infact I had 32 psi on my wrangler SA 245/17 ...practically a spring! So my doc checked every thing finding nothing except the highpressure and he setted them at 26,45.
Could be this one the solution?

No.

Watch the YouTube videos in post #3, and read posts #1 and #2 the "Diagnosing Death Wobble" thread linked below in my signature.

Sorry Planmam I already saw your videos and we checked all you highlighted.
The only things we found was a bolt in the steering box.
The SA tire are very hard and for this reason I think an high pressure could create the prob.

My written checklist is more comprehensive.

You could borrow a friend's tires and wheels for a day to see if anything changes.

If you have metal clanking, rip your front end apart death wobble that requires coming to almost a complete stop to cease the oscillations, it wouldn't be the tires only.

Ok I checked all your list, retorque all and I found only a little movement on TB bushing frame side, could be this normal? The tire shop said me my prob. is on the wheel spacers.
Anyway, now I feel only a little vibration riding on the street holes at low speed; but I still have fear on highway at speed higher then 80 mph because I have a sort of shimmie not a real DW yet on expansion bridge joints so I ' m no longer confident.

Did you remove these? It is absolutely 100% required that the stock lug retainer clips be removed with aftermarket wheels or wheel spacers.

Sure! The mech. Said me this morning could be also the SS or wheels bearings anyway I asked him to invert wheels. If also that wpn't solve I'll buy new rims with the ET 20 ot 10 to get the same space I have now between tire and rear links with the stock rims + spacers…

SS does not cause death wobble. They only mask the symptom. Spacers don't cause DW either. A component/part/bushing is worn out or loose. Keep searching

Magnum- can I borrow the Ferrari?!

One of the first steps in diagnosing your problems is to remove the steering stabilizer.

If you go through every step of my checklist, you will find the problems.
