Default Dynomax- For Off-Road use only?

So I'm about to pull the trigger on the DynoMax Evolution Competition Exhaust but while looking around for the best price I notice that it says "For Off-Road use only." Now I know that Wayalife has the video of Rubicat with this exhaust clearly driving on the road but I was wondering why it says off-road only... Is it because of emissions or what? Hopefully Dynomax will throw their 2 cents my way..

"Off Road Use" is because the exhaust exits / dumps right under the Jeep. Some states require that the exhaust should have a tailpipe and completely exit at the rear of the vehicle to pass inspection, thus the reason for the verbiage....

Texas has pretty awesome laws when it comes to vehicles... I know people with rock crawlers built on 1970's frames that they get tagged as a "classic car" and don't have to pass inspection, but can legally drive on the road.

Thanks for all the responses, I just ordered it... I'm currently stationed in South Korea and will be headed back to the states in four months and have no idea where I'll be stationed yet... I guess I'll just cross the legality of it when i get to that bridge..
