Default E brake cable

Does anyone make a bracket to lower the retainer for the E brake cable where it mounts under the rear of the body on an Unlimited. Mine is pretty tight with a 3" lift, I'm sure it will be too tight if I add a 1" spacer to it. Any suggestions?

Just take it off. It is pretty useless once the Jeep is lifted. I tossed mine when I lifted it over a year ago and haven't had any issues. Good luck.
