Default electrical gremlin... please help

jeep brothers and sisters

i am hoping someone out there has heard of this:

driving or in park all electical systems flicker without obvious trigger. it started with my HID headlights but now interior lights, fans and nav system also flicker.

each time it happens, the "sway bar" indicator light flashes on for 1/2 second and a warning tone comes on.

i've checked the fuse box (often a few are loose and make the flickering less frequent for a short while) and other fuses and connections. dealership said everything is "normal"

current set up has northstar off road battery with aftermarket posts. stock alternator.

would LED headlights or new alternator help?

Are your HID's running off relays or did you just hack into the stock harness? If its the latter, I've read quite a few threads on here of people having electrical problems.
