Default Electronic Brake Control System Problems

Hi All,

I have a 2008 Unlimited with a 4" Tereflax lift and 37" tires. I have had the setup for two years. About 3 weeks ago when making a left turn the Traction Control System would kick in for a few secons and go off after a 100yrds of driving. Aweek later the same problem but also the whole Elec. Brake Sysytem would kick in and stay on for the same time. Now the whole system comes on and stays on for a few miles.
This does not happen for a right turn. Has anyone had this happen or know the fix.

Thanks!

Check you steering center. Could also be caster related. Are you running adjustable control arms with caster back to 5+? Most likely you just need a minor steering adjustment to get it back to center.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am using Tereflex adjustable control arms. I haven't checked castor since I put the lift on. But I have already made sure that everything is still tight and looks solid. I am definately going to check and adjust the steering. I took the Jeep in to to the shop when it first started happening to get all of the recalls done and the oil changed. I asked them to check it, but their response was they couldn't recreate the problem. I also wasn't sure if it could be something more specific to one side since it only does it on left turns.
