Default Emergency rain gear??

Does anyone out there make a soft top that folds up small enough to store somewhere in my JKU that you can actually drive with?

I had to make a 25 minute drive through a torrential downpour this weekend with the doors and top off of my jeep.
Needless to say it was a bit of work cleaning it back out. I ended up taking all of the carpet out and leaving it at my parents to dry while I borrowed my moms car.

Something small/light that would keep *most* of the rain out in a pinch sure would be nice. I have the bestop trail cover but it isnt something you can drive with if needed.

I bought the quadratec emergency top. It's about the size of a small blanket all tucked up in a pouch. Works perfectly

Does it require the door surrounds to be installed? and the front door?

Nope, requires nothing at all. It's great. Covers everything but the front doors and windshield. The back has a section that rolls up so u can see out of it. I put the front doors on if I'm expecting quick storms in the summer when I'm home. Otherwise it stays in the back in a small bag it comes with. I've driven 65mph on the hi way with it with no problems
