Default Emissions testing

my 2007 has passed every year till now. when they try to test it the computer says "not Ready" i have driven it about 800 miles since the first test attemp. it has been tested 6 times now, no codes ect. we changed out the o2 sensors because they were loading slow according to a scan. My dealership is claiming my lift/tire size as a problem and will not cover it under emissions warranty. i run 35s and 4:88 gears. any ideas out there?

Dealerships are full of idiots for the most part. Your tire size won't affect your Jeep passing. I have 37s on my 07 and I just passed in California.....

55,000 miles. different dealer had me check battery conections. my quick disconnect for towing might have been wiggleing just enough to make the cmu try to start over constantly. they told me some drive cycles to perform then retest?
